tindakan sectio caesarea, beresiko mengalami infeksi luka operasi (ILO).
pendekatan studi kasus disertai penerapan praktik berbasis bukti.
dibanding hari pertama luka tampak masih merah muda. Dapat disimpulkan, penerapan konsumsi telur rebus
untuk penyembuhan luka sectio caearea terbukti efektif. Perawat dapat mengajarkan konsumsi telur pada
pasien untuk penyembuhan luka operasi.
Kata kunci: asuhan keperawatan, letak sungsang, telur rebus, sectio caesarea
Abstrakct
Sectio caesarea is a surgical process to deliver a baby through an incision in the abdominal wall and uterus.
Breech location is a location where the baby's buttocks are lower than the head in this condition the delivery
process must be performed by sectio caesarea surgery. Postpartum mothers of sectio caesarea are at risk of
surgical wound infection (ILO). Nursing interventions that can be done to improve sectio caesarea wound
healing by encouraging mothers to consume foods with high protein such as boiled eggs. Research Methods:
descriptive method with a case study approach with the application of evidence-based practice. Nursing care
was carried out on a female patient, 34 years old, with a diagnosis of breech location. From the results of the
assessment, 6 nursing problems were obtained, namely acute pain associated with physical injury agents, risk
of infection associated with invasive actions, risk of bleeding associated with postpartum complications,
ineffective breastfeeding associated with inadequate milk supply, knowledge deficit associated with lack of
exposure to information, activity intolerance associated with weakness. Evidence-based application in cases is
the consumption of boiled eggs for 3 days, in 1 day as many as 7 eggs. The evaluation results showed no signs
of infection such as no swelling, pink wound color, pain from a scale of 6 (moderate) to 3 (mild) on the third
day of implementation. It can be concluded that the implementation of boiled egg consumption for sectio
caearea wound healing is effective. Nurses can teach egg consumption to patients for surgical wound healing.</note>
