Postpartum merupakan tahap setelah 6 (enam) minggu dimulai masa kelahiran bayi hingga organ reproduksi kembali dalam kondisi semula sebelum hamil. Masalah yang masih sering terjadi pada masa nifas adalah masalah pada ASI yaitu seperti bendungan asi, abses, mastitis, putting lecet, asi tidak mengalir dengan mudah dan bayi sulit untuk menghisap ASI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperlancar produksi ASI pada ibu Postpartum Sectio Caesaera dengan penerapan Breast Care. Metode penelitian deksriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan kepustakaan disertai penerapan praktik berbasis bukti pada ibu Postpartum Sectio Caesarea. Evidence Based Nursing ( EBN ) yaitu menerapkan Breast Care pada pasien perempuan dengan usia 20 tahun Postpartum, tindakan dilakukan 2x1selama 15-30 menit, dilakukan selama 3 hari untuk memperlancar ASI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan produksi ASI pada hari ke-3. Penerapan Breast care merupakan salah satu terapi non farmakologis dengan teknik perawatan payudara untuk memperlancar ASI pada ibu postpartum dengan masalah menyusui tidak efektif. Abstract Postpartum is a stage after 6 (six) weeks of starting the baby's birth period until the reproductive organs return to their original condition before pregnancy. Problems that still often occur during the postpartum period are problems with breast milk, such as breast milk dams, abscesses, mastitis, blisters, milk does not flow easily and the baby finds it difficult to suck breast milk. This study aims to facilitate breast milk production in Postpartum Sectio Caesaera mothers with the application of Breast Care. Descriptive research method with a case study and literature approach accompanied by the application of evidence-based practices in Postpartum Sectio Caesarea mothers. Evidence Based Nursing (EBN) is applying Breast Care to female patients with the age of 20 years Postpartum, the action is carried out 2x1 for 15-30 minutes, carried out for 3 days to facilitate breast milk. The results of the study showed an increase in breast milk production on the 3rd day. The application of Breast care is one of the non-pharmacological therapies with breast care techniques to facilitate breast milk in postpartum mothers with ineffective breastfeeding problems.
