Stroke non hemoragik (SNH) disebabkan oleh adanya penyumbatan akibat gumpalan aliran darah baik itu sumbatan karena atau embolik ke bagian otak. Data WHO menunjukan bahwa setiap tahunnya ada 13,7 juta kasus baru stroke, dan sekitar 5,5 juta kematian terjadi akibat penyakit stroke. Penyakit stroke bila tidak segera ditangani dapat menimbulkan berbagai komplikasi seperti: Hemiparesis&Hemiplegia. Diagnosa keperawatan yang muncul pada kasus antara lain adalah ketidakefektifan perfusi jaringan serebral berhubungan dengan interupsi aliran darah ke otak, sedangkan pada kasus diagnosa sudah sesuai dengan teori. Dari 4 diagnosa pada kasus terdapat 3 yang sesuai pada teori. Kesimpulan hasil pengkajian keperawatan, penyakit SNH yang di alami pasien disebabkan oleh trombus terjadinya kekurangan aliran darah kedalam otak sehingga menyebabkan penyempitan pada arteri. Nursing diagnoses that arise in this case include ineffective cerebral tissue perfusion related to interruption of blood flow to the brain, while in the case of the diagnosis is in accordance with the theory. Of the 4 diagnoses in the case, there are 3 that are in accordance with the theory. The conclusion of the nursing assessment results, the SNH disease experienced by the patient was caused by a thrombus, a lack of blood flow into the brain, causing narrowing of the arteries.
