Ketuban pecah dini atau spontaneous/early premature of the membrane (PROM) adalah pecahnya ketuban sebelum inpartu atau sebelum terdapat tanda persalinan yaitu bila pembukaan pada primi kurang dari 3 cm dan pada multipara kurang dari 5 cm (Sofian, 2012). Tujuan dari penulisan Karya Tulis Ilmiah ini untuk mendapatkan pengalaman secara nyata dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan. Menurut WHO tahun 2020, kejadian KPD berkisar 5-10% dari semua kelahiran. KPD preterm 1% dari semua kehamilan dan 70% kasus KPD terjadi pada kehamilan aterm. Adapun 30% kasus KPD merupakan penyebab kelahiran prematur. Hasil pengkajian yang didapat klien mengeluh nyeri pada luka post sectio caesaria dengan skala nyeri 7 nyeri seperti disayat sayat , nyeri bertambah saat rubah posisi, pasien mengatakan sulit bergerak, tampak pasien meringis, tampak pasien lemas. Tujuan tercapai,masalah teratasi dihari ke 2 Premature rupture of membranes or spontaneous/early premature of the membrane (PROM) is a rupture of the membranes before delivery or before there are signs of labor, namely when the opening in primi is less than 3 cm and in multipara is less than 5 cm. Premature rupture of membranes is the rupture of the membranes before there are signs of labor (Sofian, 2012). The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to gain real experience in providing nursing care. According to WHO in 2020, the incidence of PROM ranges from 5-10% of all births. Preterm PROM 1% of all pregnancies and 70% of cases of PROM occur in term pregnancies. As for 30% of cases of PROM is the cause of premature birth. The results of the assessment obtained by the client complained of pain in the post sectio caesaria wound with a pain scale of 7, pain was like being slashed, the pain increased when changing positions, the patient said it was difficult to move, the patient grimaced, the patient looked weak. Goal achieved, problem resolved on the 2nd day.
