sma adalah gangguan inflamasi kronik pada jalan napas yang ditandai dengan episode mengi, sesak napas, kekakuan dada, dan batuk berulang. Komplikasi yang terjadi pada penderita asma adalah pneumothoraks, gagal napas dan bronkhitis. Tujuan penulisan diharapkan mahasiswa mampu memberikan asuhan keperawatan keluarga pada keluarga Tn. S khususnya Ny. T. Metode penulisan deskripsi dan studi keperawatan. Hasil dari karya tulis ilmiah ini adalah mahasiswa memperoleh gambaran tentang asuhan keperawatan pada keluarga dengan Asma. Diagnosa keperawatan : Gangguan pola napas pada keluarga Tn. S khususnya Ny. T dengan Asma. Pada tahap pelaksanaan telah dilakukan sesuai rencana keperawatan yaitu Pendidikan Kesehatan tentang Asma, tanda gejala, penyebab, cara merawat, komplikasi, cara pencegahan dan pembuatan obat tradisional yaitu dengan rebusan teh jahe dan madu. Pada tahap evaluasi keluarga sudah mampu mengenal masalah Asma, keluarga sudah mampu memutuskan merawat anggota keluarga dengan Asma, dan keluarga sudah mampu memanfaatkan fasilitas kesehatan untuk melakukan pemeriksaan rutin dari Asma. Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disorder of the airways characterized by episodes of wheezing, shortness of breath, chest stiffness, and repeated coughing. Complications that occur in asthmatics are pneumothoraks, respiratory failure and bronchitis. The purpose of writing is that students are expected to be able to provide family nursing care to the family of Mr. S especially Mrs. T. methods of writing descriptions and nursing studies. The result of this scientific paper is that students get an overview of nursing care for families with Asthma. Nursing diagnosis : Respiratory pattern disorders in Mr.'s family. S especially Mrs. T with Asthma. At the implementation stage, it has been carried out according to the nursing plan, namely health education about Asthma, signs, symptoms, causes, how to treat, complocations, prevention and manufacture of traditional madicine by decoction of ginger tea and honey. At the evaluation stage the family is able to recognize the promblem of Asthma, the family able to decide to care for a family member with Asthma, and the family is able to take advantage of health facilities to carry out routine of Asthma.
